Is there a minimum order requirement?

No, there is no minimum order requirement, but in order to have free home delivery there is the minimum spends of HK$1000.

Do you sell by pack or by weight?

We sell by pack and show the price per kilogram.

Is the price online the final price?

Yes, it is the final price. However, HK$100 surcharge apply if the order amount is less than HK$1000.

Delivery

What is the delivery charge?

We offer free delivery on all orders over HK$1000. Should the amount be less than HK$1000, there will be a charge of HK$100.

Where do you deliver to?

Please refer to our delivery page for more information.

What if no one home when delivery?

Please ensure that someone is ready to receive the goods at your selected time slot. Items will be returned to us if you are unreachable. Extra charge may be applied for re-sending of items.

Will the goods go bad during delivery?

No, all goods are being sent via refrigerated truck.

Product Information

The red meat is not red?

This is because our meats are vacuum sealed with no air. Once you open the pack, you will see the red colour flourished back when leave it for few minutes.

How to defrost a meat?

There are two ways to defrost your meat:

1. Take your meat pack from freezer and put it in the fridge overnight. This is a more ideal method to defrost meats.

2. Submerge your meat pack in water with room temperature for 1-2 hours.

Payment, Privacy & Security

In what way that I can pay for my goods?

We accept Visa and Master card, as well as PayPal.

Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, an invoice will be sent to your e-mail soon after you make the payment.

How secure is my personal information?

How secure are my credit card payments?
