Delivery
We offer FREE delivery for any orders over HKD$1000 per that deliver and invoice. Should the amount be less than HKD$1000, there will be a logistic charge applies. Our standard delivery service covers:

Delivery Address
We are able to deliver our products to almost all standard “HK postal” deliverable locations, however please contact us if some extremely difficult spots needed to be explained further. This only ensures your products get delivered promptly.

Delivery Time (Standard)
Order must be placed by 72 hours(3 days) before the day of delivery. You shall ensure that a person of a reasonable age who is authorized to receive the order at the registered address by the specified time zone of the delivery.

Please understand that like any other situations, “things happens”, delivery time can be delayed due to bad weather, abnormal traffic conditions, vehicle break down...etc No delivery services shall be available when Typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory or public holidays.

If you are not available to receive the delivery as scheduled, please contact us for the new arrangement. Extra charge of $50 dollars will be charged for re-sending of the product once it is dispatched.

Tracking Your Delivery
All deliveries will have an unique invoice number which will be emailed to you as soon as the items are dispatched. If you wish to check on the status of your delivery you can do this very simply by contacting us on 8100 5886.
